This application is designed with individuals living alone in mind. It offers a method to ensure that in case of unresponsiveness, designated contacts will be promptly informed. Rather than relying on devices that necessitate manual activation during emergencies, wouldn't it be more advantageous to have notifications triggered by the absence of a response? Allow us to introduce the EyeOn App.

• You have the flexibility to customize check-in schedules to suit your needs. Define specific days, times of the day, or interval preferences as you see fit. For instance, the app can prompt your well-being status every hour, solely in the mornings or evenings, or every other day.
• At the designated time(s), you will receive a push notification inquiring about your well-being. For alternative Text Message (SMS) check-ins, please refer to www.eyeonapp.com for further information and pricing (available in the US only).
• Selecting "OK" will reset the alert for the subsequent scheduled time.
• If no response is received, the app will notify up to 3 predefined contacts via email. For Text Message (SMS) alerts to your contacts globally, visit www.eyeonapp.com for detailed instructions and pricing.
• The contacts will receive a notification informing them of your unresponsiveness along with your last recorded location (location disclosed in email only). You can customize the email sent to include specific directions.
• Schedule reminders are available as well. These reminders serve solely as notifications and do not require a response. Failure to acknowledge a Reminder will not trigger notifications to your contacts.
• Utilize the pause feature to temporarily halt the service for durations of hours, days, or weeks when undesired interruptions such as during a movie or vacation occur. This feature also permits skipping the next check-in or initiating an early check-in.

Upon initial installation, you will be prompted to input user details such as names, mobile phone numbers, and emails along with adding details for each designated contact. Subsequently, define a schedule for check-in times accordingly.

Important:

• Push Notifications - During setup, you must provide consent for EyeOn App to utilize Push Notifications; this is essential for proper app operation, unless opting for Text Message (SMS) check-ins (visit www.eyeonapp.com for more information).
• Location - While optional, should you fail to respond, your last known location can be shared in the alert email with your caregivers. The location reference reflects your last app usage location (maintaining a constant location may impact battery life). Permission to access your Location is required by EyeOn App.
• Timezones/Time Changes - EyeOn App adjusts seamlessly for timezones and daylight saving shifts upon app launch. If encountering timezone alterations or time adjustments, simply open the app once to allow automatic correction to the updated time.
• Cancellation of Service - Should you decide to discontinue using the service, kindly delete any scheduled Notifications. Failure to delete Notifications prior to app deletion might result in a delay of up to 24 hours before account deactivation, potentially causing unwarranted alerts to be sent to your contacts.
